Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. If you find an item is not to your liking you can start a return right on your profile.

We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. Return shipping is payed for by the customer. 

Do you accept cancellations?

Please contact me ASAP via email with your order number if you want to modify or cancel an order. 

Orders can not be canceled after they have been shipped.

My order arrived incorrect or damaged.

Contact me with photos of the damaged item and your order number within the return period and I will be happy to assist you.

Please Note: Our keychains have a clear plastic film on the acrylic side of the keychain to protect it during transit. You can peel it off. The film may appear scratched, but the actual keychain is safe. Please make sure to remove the film and check item before reaching out.

How long does it take to get an order?

Processing time: 1-2 weeks (Please check our status banner as events or holidays could extend this time period)

Shipping: 3-5 business days in USA

Any order that contains preorder items will ship when all items included are in stock.

Preorders will have an estimated ship date on the listing to view when making the purchase.

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently we are unable to ship outside of the USA.

Common shipping questions

Can I track my Package?:
  • All packages come with tracking through USPS except sticker-only mail. Please note if you chose to go with a cheaper shipping option this might affect your tracking

. Can I change my Address

  • Make sure you double check your address before placing your order. However, if you enter the wrong address please contact me via email with your order number and correct address. If the order has already been marked as shipped I am unable to change the address.

My Package Never arrived

  • Please wait 72 hours after the order is marked as delivered. Some packages may still be on the way even after being marked as delivered
  • If you live in a multi family living situation make sure to speak with the facility managers if a package was delivered 
  • Double check the tracking info on your order to see if proof of delivery was given. If no proof of delivery was ever given, and the package has not arrived after the 72 hour mark please reach out to me via email to see about a reshipment or refund based on item availability.
